In 2005, after skipping the XDA II generation, I bought a T-Mobile
MDA 3, originally named HTC
Blue Angel. Compared to the XDA 1, it has superiour connectivity;
and as a side effect, double speed and RAM size.
Unfortunately, the slider keyboard seems to make the frame somewhat
fragile. The touchscreen broke twice: Once at snowboarding, which is
acceptable; the second time while falling down with my (heavily padded)
motorcycle jacket, which just should not have happened.
The first time I sent it in; the second time I did a
disassembly.

Overall, I was pretty happy with the device, I just wish it would
be more robust.
